The red wines.
The first is Loisu in which Sangiovese prevails with a note of international varieties such as Merlot and Shiraz, followed by Pitrinu, a characteristic wine of the place in which the predominant variety is Caricagiola. And finally, Petru, the latest born, a pure Merlot with a strong and warm character at the same time.

BIOLOGIC WINE
A wine of all respect obtained by the union of grapes of Merlot, Shiraz and Sangiovese, that fit and mature wonderfully in our sunny hills of Tempio Pausania. With a full bodied character, it shows an intense red color, a scent of ripe fruit with light hints of green olives; to the palate it has a taste of red fruits, slightly tannic and persistent.

A unique red wine with ancient flavors is obtained from the processing of native vines of our island planted several decades ago in the old vineyard of our company. Ruby red in color, with floral scents of violets and hints of berries also present on the palate with pleasant acidity.

Obtained in purity from grapes of Merlot, this red wine shows a ruby red color and a great elegance; at the nose, intense scents of red berried fruits are enhanced, accompanied by a light spicy. At the taste it has a complex bouquet, the wild cherry is accompanied by a soft and velvety palate. To serve with red meats, great roasted and wild ones.
